It seems like it updates every month or so, maybe more often depending on topic.

5. Sex, Love and Intimacy - Now, the others above can be titillating, with the exception of “Savage Love” which is informative and humorous. This one is more dry and straight-laced, but can provide insight into some relationship issues. The others are definitely kink friendly, but this one is more straight-laced. Still can be quiet informative and it has weekly updates, which is a good thing.
